Well Bruce, my first question is- what did you do at the Gym? :)

I really enjoy lifting weights. There are a ton of goals you can set for yourself withing a weight workout. If you have been doing 3 sets of 10, try to do 3 sets of 12, or add 5 or 10 pounds to what you are lifting and still try to get 3 sets of 10.Plus there is just something I like about the feeling in my muscle after a hard weight workout.
In related news I caught three passes, made two tackles, and very nearly made an interception in our flag football game yesterday. We lost. But really? We won.
